워밍업: 리버사이드 스트레칭

보드 요가: 서프 보드 위 밸런싱 요가

마무리: 정리 & 마무리

장소 : 해운대 리버크루즈 일원

준비물: 타월, 물, 편한운동복

참가비 : 무료
