Come and join us while we test out our new meditation walking tour course & brand new audio meditations!

What's gonna happen on the day?

We'll head to historic Geumgang Forest Park and kick off our shoes to connect with the earth. We'll bathe in the healing properties of the surrounding trees, enjoy bespoke audio meditations under the thick canopy, and take a trip up Geumjeong mountain in the Ropeway cable car to enjoy stunning views of the city.

Relax, connect and enjoy some 'you time' in sublime nature!

*As this is the pilot event no snacks/refreshments will be provided. Please bring your own water & snacks/money if you require. Participants may use their own headphones. Audio meditations are available to stream on the WellMi demo APP - free to download - available on Android only.

Directions:

Oncheonjang Station (line 1, exit 1)

By taxi: 6 mins to Geumgang Park Entrance

Walking: Turn left at exit 1, walk straight along Jungang-daero. At the first junction, cross the traffic light on the right to Geumganggongwon-ro. Walk along this long road with shops and eateries on both sides. At the end of the road, turn right to Ujangchun-ro, walk about 15m and you will see a big sign to the park. Cross the traffic to the park entrance. 15 mins walk. Note: bus from the station may take longer and involve fair amount of walking as well.
