Locked up hips? Tight hamstrings? Stiff lower back? If so, Flexibility Focus Slow Yoga can help.
Our class utilizes the Science of Stretching program, a targeted mobility training method that works to open up your body and improve your basic range of motion (bROM).
No experience required, super stiff people always welcome ;) We take a very simple, science-based approach that accommodates every body. We use props to support you and work with any injuries or limitations.
We will also learn how to deeply relax the body using simple breath techniques, helping to reduce stress, tap into the parasympathetic nervous system and improve your flexibility. Curious how it all works?
