Meditation never tasted so good!!
During this cool and calm savoring session, we'll explore mindfulness meditation and food meditation in a relaxed and fun environment.
We’ll go into our warm up with some stretching, some relaxing breathing exercises and then a small warm up discussion.
We’ll move onto our mindful eating exercise and really explore all our senses as we get to know the process of eating on a deeper level.
We'll be noticing changes in the body, noticing the texture and feel of the food, noticing our thoughts, and perhaps some discomfort in the process - we’re not used to eating this slow!
After we finish the main exercise, we’ll end with a relaxing body scan meditation that will allow us to think deeply, process the experience and sink into the floor in a deep relaxation!
After you've melted away we'll come back together and have a chilled out chat, sharing our experiences over a cup of tea and exploring the topic a little deeper.
