What is Busan WellFEST? 

 Busan WellFEST is a 1 day wellness event packed with wellness perfect for your mind, body and spirit! We run the event twice a year, each time bringing new and inspiring wellness sessions and coaches from around the world. This time we'll be celebrating the Spring Equinox with yoga, movement, meditation and deep connection to self and others. The event will run in English with Korean translation for certain sessions.

부산 웰페스트?? 😍 '부산 웰 페스트'는 하루동안 여러분의 마음과 몸 그리고 영혼까지 완벽하게 건강하게 만들어주는 오직 '하루' 만 열리는 이벤트입니다. ​. 매 해 2번 개최되는 웰 페스트는  매 행사 때마다 새롭고 다양한 주제와 세계 각지에서 온 강사님들의 수업으로 여러분에게 자극제가 되고 있습니다. ​. 이번 웰 페스트는 봄을 위한 요가, 움직임, 명상 그리고 깊은 자신과의 교감의 시간이 준비 되어 있습니다. ​. 웰 페스트는 영어와 한국어로 진행되며 각 세션마다 통역이 지원됩니다.💚💙 ​




YOGA MALA: Endings and Beginnings


What is a Yoga Mala? 

Yoga malas have long been used to mark endings and celebrate beginnings. 

Whether you're eager to leave behind the winter blues and some bad habits, 

or welcome the spring season and set into motion a change in your life, 

this yoga mala will provide some clarity for the mind and energy for the body.  


How: It is said that a yoga mala is the ultimate moving meditation, and so, in total we will complete 108 sun salutations in a repetitive, steady rhythm that will help transcend the purely physical form and move us closer to the unified Self. Each forward bend serves as a pranam or devoted prayer to your own personal mantra. 


Why: Yoga malas are linked to the Hindu belief that 108 is a sacred number: 108 sacred points on the body, 108 sacred sites in India, 108 primary Tantras. But most importantly, the diameter of the sun is approximately 108 times that of earth and the distance from our planet to the sun is, on average, 108 times the diameter of the sun. This yoga mala will help us to manifest the power of collective action, meditation, and intention. 


Who: All levels are welcome. Although we highly suggest and challenge you to complete the yoga mala in its entirety with us, the completed numbers of asanas is not what matters most.


 Simply practice until your heart feels complete. 


So let's all gather together and be united by a passion for yoga and compassion for people and planet.

 Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep, and is a conscious relaxation method and meditation technique intended to induce complete relaxation of the body, mind & spirit. 

Yoga Nidra is a chance to listen to your inner voice as you integrate your Yoga Mala practice and sink into the self, bringing awareness to each part of the body and reconnecting to your intentions. 


Aside from being super relaxing and restorative, yoga nidra can also:

Decrease anxiety

Alleviate stress

Ease insomnia

Heighten awareness and focus

Cultivate feelings of calm, serentiy, and love

After completing the Yoga Mala (phew!) you'll be guided into a compassionate 'wakeful sleep' to aid deep rest and recovery. If you want to bring along a small cushion or blanket to make yourself more comfortable, please feel free to do so! The aim is to remain awake, but if you need to take a nap, that's good too. Listen to your body and give yourself what you need.

CONNECT - Group Meditation & Networking  


Gratitude, compassion and kindness; these 3 'soft skills' are the cornerstones of building connection to self and others, and to the world around us. In this session we'll explore some group meditation techniques intended to cultivate gratitude, compassion and kindness. Deep breathing & guided visualization set the stage for openness; networking, chatting, laughing and sharing with others gives way to oneness. 


We'll start solo, then in partners, gradually joining other groups until we are one collective; joined in meditation, united in peace. This exercise is a lot of fun, getting to know your fellow participants. The meditation requires light hand to hand contact as we share energy and intention with each another.

Are you ready to feel alive with strength and energy? 

In this full body workout, we'll utilize our inner power through exercises designed to safely and effectively improve our athletic and physical performance, and inspire strength and focus in the mind.


Total Body Toning will incorporate a variety of different concepts including strength, cardio and mobility in order to provide a dynamic workout to get us moving and challenging our bodies.  


To begin, we will get the blood flowing by doing an easy and fun warm up so the body is ready to move. Then we flow into a series of movements designed to target each of your major muscle groups while keeping it fun and fresh.This specific class is designed to be done using no weights or equipment, so the exercises will also provide you with a workout you can do anytime and anywhere. It's a challenge, not a chore, so bring the fun and get ready to move!

ONWARD – A Spring Equinox Vinyasa


Spring is a time of rebirth and renewal; a time of awakening. It’s a time of letting go of the dull and

stagnant and welcoming the vibrant and the fresh. This practice is called, “Onward.” A reaffirmation

of our commitment to move forward; of letting go of what no longer serves and inviting in, with an

open heart and mind, new energies.

In this practice, we will explore creative transitions from posture to posture, with the hope that it might

inspire our own creativity within. As well, it will be sprinkled with some backbending to open the front

body, and, of course, our hearts. Onward!

  • Wear appropriate clothing for exercise & bring a warm cardigan/jumper for rest time. 
  • Bring snacks, drinks etc for your own personal consumption throughout the day.
  • Come with an open mind and open heart.
  • Go at your own pace - this is not a race, it's a journey.
  • Be open to and supportive of self and others, practice kindness and compassion to self and others.



  • Wear strong scented perfumes, hand creams, hairspray etc. 
  • Bring along un-registered guests with you. They will not be permitted to participate. 
  • Push yourself to 'keep up' by endangering yourself or others. Rest is cool.
