What is WELLFEST?

Busan WellFEST is a one day health & wellbeing workshop event that combines multiple wellness sessions with creativity and community spirit. Our sessions vary, but often include meditation, chakra healing, yoga, music & art therapy, ecstatic dance, mindful conversation and more.

We invite wellness professionals and specialists from across the world to share their expertise through insightful talks, therapy sessions, masterclasses and workshops.

Our mission is simply to create opportunities for learning, information sharing, to promote a healthy, happy lifestyle, and to create experiences for those looking to build wellness in their lives.

What will happen on the day?

Our WellFEST practitioners will guide you through exercises and deliver simple techniques that you can instantly apply to your life to help promote a healthy lifestyle.These tips and techniques can be applied to your daily life, bit by bit, small changes to make a big difference.

We've invited specialist instructors in yoga, energy healing, art therapy and nutrition who will share everything they know to help us reevaluate the way we approach our own health & wellbeing. You'll learn how to connect with deeper parts of yourself, how to understand that connection and find that sweet spot of relaxation throughout the day. 

All our WellMi Instructors are licensed professionals and are here to make sure your experience is as comfortable as possible. Sessions are designed with each and every body in mind. (Yoga will suit all levels, please inform us in advance of any special requirements/injuries etc)

By purchasing a ticket you understand that any injury sustained while attending 'Busan WellFEST Vol.2' is your own responsibility and you are thus responsible for any costs incurred as a result of treatment for said injury/illness. WellMi reserves the right to cancel the event without prior notice, in which case tickets will be fully refunded. Refunds can be requested by emailing hellowellmi@gmail.com directly unto 48 hours before the event. Requests made within 48 hours of the event will not be honored, and participants will be required to pay full price.

WELLFEST란?

부산 웰페스트(Busan WellFEST)는 다양한 웰빙 세션과 창의성, 공동체 정신을 결합해 하룻동안 이루어지는 건강 및 웰빙 워크숍 행사입니다. 우리가 준비하는 세션은 다양하며 명상, 차크라 치유, 요가, 음악과 미술 치료, 열광적인 춤, 마인드풀 대화 등을 포함합니다.

우리는 세계의 웰니스 전문가들을 섭외하여 통찰력 있는 대화를 나누고 테라피 시간, 마스터 클래스, 워크샵 등을 통해 그들의 전문 지식을 공유하는 시간을 가집니다.

우리의 목표는 웰빙에 대해 알아가는 배움의 기회를 만들고, 정보를 공유하고, 건강하고 행복한 생활방식을 촉진하고, 그들의 삶에서 행복을 쌓고자 하는 사람들을 위한 경험을 제공하는 것입니다.

 WellFEST에서는 생활에서 바로 적용 가능한 간단한 운동과 간단한 기술을 통해 건강한 라이프스타일을 만들어 가는 법을 알려줄 것입니다. 이 팁과 기술을 여러분의 일상에 적용하다 보면 여러분의 생활을 긍정적으로 바꾸어줄 작은 변화를 만들어 낼 수 있고 이를 통해 언젠가는 큰 변화를 만들어 낼 수 있을것입니다! 

WellFEST에서는 요가, 기수련, 미술 (상담)치료, 식생활 분야의 전문가들을 초청하여 

 우리 스스로의 건강&웰빙에 접근하는 방식에 대한 모든 노하우를 공유 받을 것입니다.

여러분은 깊은 내면의 나 자신과 연결되는 방법, 그 연결을 이해하고 진정한 휴식을 취하는 방법을 하루 동안 배우게 될 것입니다. 

WellGEST의 모든 강사분들은 자격증을 가진 전문적인 분들입니다! 교육자들은 여러분이 편안한 경험을 할 수 있도록 최선을 다 할 것입니다.
